I have had a bad experience with Airtel. earlier I used airtel connection and they unnecessarily added extra amount in the bill and finally came back from Airtel service. After long time again get into same troubles with airtel by purchasing airtel 4g dongle. Guys I strongly suggest pls dont buy this device. Service is very bad.
Because of network issue I raised complaint 5 times and one guy came formalities he verified and went but the problem was like that only again I called customer care and lodge one more complaint and the guy came he agreed problem with network as well as with dongle device.
He suggested me to raise a request to change dongle device, accordingly I raised the request to change dongle. After this no one is calling or resolving the issue.
Then finally I came to know these airtel guys are big liars. finally I decided to come out of airtel service and raised request to cancel. Even though I lost 1500Rs by purchasing this F*ing device, now planning to unlock and use with different service provider.
So pls pls no one don’t buy this product and rather you can go for other service providers...
