I have been using the service for about 1 year now, and have made complaints four times regarding the speed and connectivity.
Every time I avoided to publicize the interaction but this time they crossed the limits. I have made online complaints in the month of October 2013, for which there was no response, and again I called the customer care and logged the same complaint recently, ref# 59463598, 59418682.
After waiting for days when I cross checked the status Customer Care updated saying that technical / network team visited the site (Whitefield Bangalore) they tried changing the 4G sim and found that device is faulty, I was literally shocked that nobody even called me for this and they have such an update from responsible team. I was literally very much entrusted Airtel for their brand value, their consciousness on the value for customer, their commitment on service, but looking at all points everything is lost now.
I bought the 4g router at 4000 INR and have been paying them on time around 1200 bucks per month, and this is what I get in return.
I ignored the complaint till it was really uneasy to manage. And they gave such a hilarious response. As of now am strictly following this with customer care, and will continue logging tickets till they really look into the matter.
I will not recommend Airtel 4G LTE, now to anyone.
Earlier I have recommended to many, and 5 of my friends and colleagues bought that. If they continue doing this sort of nuisance, I dont think they will survive longer in the market.
