Im using Airtel 4G from last one month. The connection is from HaryAnasultan. I had upgraded is from 3G to 4G.
# Internet Speed
- It is quite descent in speed. Speed various from 700kbps to 1.3Mbps.
#Connection Reliability
There is a problem in connectivity of 4G.
It get keep disconnected and get back to 3G(H/H+), which is very annoying
Whenever an call comes or we make a call, it also get back to 3G
To connect it back to 4G from 3G, need to always set the connection manually, which is very time consuming.
# Service & Support
- There is only a mail ID to contact them directly. I had a issue with my DATA balance which I had mailed to 121@in.airtel.com, its been 2 days but Ive got no reply from them. There is a customer care no. 121 and Help option in Airtel app but they only have limited options and not any direct contact no.
# Free 11 GB on Upgrading to 4G
When you finally upgrade to 4G on New SIM card, give a missed call to 52122.
Validity will only be of 5 days
