We took a new airtel 4G lite connection in Pune and were promised by the sales rep that in case if there is no signal they shall take away the device. Since the first we didnt connectivity, so called Sales Rep:Jitendra who while giving the device was very cooperative & promised everything.
It’s been 20 days now the sales rep has not come to us nor did he report it to their office. He is so shameless that every time we call him he will say I am on my way to you only but never turns up. So this is just a suggestion to all my fellow mates SAY A BIG NO TO AIRTEL 4G LITE!!!
