So I am using, Airtel 4G for more than a year now. I reside in in Himachal Pradesh. It’s a hilly area. The 4G speed here is somewhat that we get in metropolitan cities 3G. Speaking specifically the highest speed I ever have seen is 1.8MB/sec.
But the company ads show a lot then this. Furthermore, there are times when the network is not available. Signal strength is pretty poor. One cannot rely on this connection if you want a better ping. And the price is even pretty high. It comes in high price prepaid packs. The service support is pretty good. They respond in quickest possible time. One can use it, but Airtel should meet up with the customer’s expectations.
