Airtel 4G - Waste of money, time and efforts

It has been almost 3 months I got this wifi router device installed as there was no broadband connection in the new area we shifted.


I have lost track of number of times I have called your customer service center and to the field representatives who make one call and fail to turn up or even if they turn up fail to resolve the issue. Worst part is they update the complaint as resolved without any confirmation from my end.


Yesterday I got a call from one dilip – 9964810262 but I asked him to make a visit today as I was in office yday. but, today I have called him atleast 50 times and send 5 messages explaining the issue. it has been immensely unprofessional on his part not to respond to my calls or messages and now he has even turned off the mobile to avoid my calls.


I also called the customer service center today and I was told that this guy Dilip has updated the complaint as resolved! today is the 3rd time I have escalated the issue and everytime I have been promised resolution in 24 hours and there has been no action whatsoever.


I am now demanding the refund of my 4000 deposit and the monthly bills I have paid since march as I have mostly been working on my andriod wifI hotspot. if this is not resolved soon, I need to make sure to be compensated for the loss of time and money in dealing with this unprofessional bunch of representatives!


An unhappy and totally frustrated and annoyed customer.
