After using the BSNL broadband I started using this Airtel broadband .
But I again have to face problems after using for some months.
The speed was okay at the beginning but after some days it s speed reduced.
When I use to call the service office maximum of the time they doesn’t picks up the phone. AND WHEN THEY PICKS UP AFTER HEARING MY PROBLEM THEY SAY THAT"they will see the problem"
And they fixes the problem temporarily but after some time the speed again reduces.
The service and support is also worse as of the company itself.
SO DON’T TRY THIS BROADBAND
