I bought an Airtel device in the month of July 2016 and I got an offer saying I will get a discount of Rs.250 on my monthly bills for a year as I have given a old dongle device while buying the new hotspot device from Airtel.
For the month of July and August I got the discount of Rs. 250 in my first 2 bills, but for the month of September and October I have not got this discount.
The discount component was removed and they din’t even inform me.
When I spoke to call centre rep and enquired about the details of bill amount then they told me that the discount component has been removed and the call centre rep was also not sure the reason for the same.
Airtel people have started cheating customers and they make us fools.
If you see difference in your billing amount enquire about it instead of getting fooled.
