Bad experience with Airtel

Hi,


I had an Airtel Broadband connection from 2008 to 2013(Dec) Fixed line number is 04004189191, I have taken Reliance Data card that is reason I have raised request for cancellation of my broadband service with Airtel on 8th Dec 2013 Request# 41501422 we got 6 call on 9th Dec about confirmation of cancellation 6 times we said please deactivate my service, I called on 16th Dec 2013 for check my request status but customer team said that we have a data customer asked to continue with Airtel Broadband, again I raise a request on same day  Req# 41739732


I called again on 21st Dec 2013 to check my request status but again customer team said that one of my executive came to your come and they got confirmation from customer wants to continue the Airtel service here the biggest wrong I am only the customer I have not given any confirmation to Airtel about service continuation and again I have 3rd Request on same day 21st Dec Req# 41898948. Again I called on 26th Dec 2013 finally they cancelled on 24th Dec.


I asked them show you confirmation voice/signature by customer, but they don’t have any information on that.


Impact this bad exp. I have decided to change my mobile service for 4 numbers from Airtel to Idea.


This the great experience with our great Airtel.
