I lost my broadband connection for some unknown reason. I filed a complaint to their customer care executive but nothing has happened even after 5 days of time.
The most surprising ting is, not even a single engineer called me. My friends, please do not take Airtel, my sincere advise. I am writing this after huge amount of frustration. They are big cheats.
Never ever go for AIRTEL, you will have endless unhappy days. Go for BSNL or some other services like that.
