Big Time Cheaters

I started getting so many calls the moment I put an online request for Airtel broadband connection. I was so confused. Why so many calls from different people? Doesn’t Airtel have a centralized system to manage customer requests?

However, most of them were honest. They told me they do not provide their service in my area. Then I got a call from some Manjunath. He told me he would visit my residence to check if they can provide the connection. He asked me to be ready with all required documents - pan card, address proof and 600 Rs. He visited my residence and confirmed that they would provide the connection within a week. He got me filled the TBLR form which had Rs. 500 as security deposit however he asked me Rs. 600. He told 100 Rs. is for his service. To be on the safe side I took a picture of his identity card.

One week over. I called him. He told me he is in his native. He asked me to wait for couple of days. After couple of days I called him again. Then he gave his supervisor’s number and asked me to talk to him. When I called the fcker- supervisor, he asked me who gave me his number and on hearing Manjunath’s name he told he will call me back in 5 minutes. That bastrd didn’t call me back. He didn’t even receive my call or respond to my messages.

I spoke to airtel customer service. The lady on the other side asked me to send an e-mail with all details. It has been 5 months. I have sent numerous e-mails. Every time they ask me to send the TBLR scanned copy. I do and the bastrds reply me that they will be sending refund for Rs. 500 within 20 days. Those bastrds never sent the refund. Those bastrds are really bastrds. I am really fed up with these cheaters. Now I do not bother with the refund.

As far as my experience with Airtel mobile is I am very happy with their service on that. I am wondering how come Airtel is letting this go on with their broadband service?
