Like any other organisation, politics also play a big role here. No matter how good a performer you are, your ratings or annual appraisal will always be determined by your networking skills.
Now bear in mind, this is a completely unbiased review as I usually write a review only when I am unhappy with a service. However, Airtel is an exception. The best broadband connection in India is Airtel. I have used Airtel in Karnataka for 2 years and have been using it in Ahmedabad since the past 2 and a half years. The internet is never down and if at all there is a problem a technician will solve it within 4 hours. The service is impeccable. The speed is constant and I have never experienced any fluctuation. Moreover, Airtel gives amazing offers, for ex: I just received 100 gb free data as a promotional offer due to entry of railnet and jio fiber like services. They also gave me 25 gb free per month for life. Airtel believe not in customer satisfaction but in customer delight. The plans are a tad bit more expensive, but worth it. Ask yourself would rather have a reliable internet connection or try to save money and suffer. I have used Spidigo and Bsnl and have friends who use You broadband, gtpl and Reliance; there is no comparison at all.
