The service of airtel broadband seems fine to me, I am using this broadband for 2 years. Its speed was right, nothing was bad in their speed. It was a problem on their service people that whenever I used to call them, they used to say that you should talk to the broadband service whenever I used to face any problem. If you put a call to their broadband person, then the call goes somewhere else. Some new schemes keep on going, which we do not even know. People had put me a lot of money, because of their mistake, I had to suffer heavy losses, because of this I do not like, their communication is very bad, their speed is fine, their internet is fine but their service is very useless. If you guys are also getting internet installed by airtel then get it installed only after seeing. According to me, I found their service very useless, if you like the rest, then you guys get it installed, I am not refusing to say that but I felt very useless, then I have put a point of you in front of you guys.
