I have used Airtel broadband in lucknow for more than 10 years, you can think anyone using a broadband connection for 10 years will be more than satisfied with that, same was the case with me.i got few no connection problems in that long period of 10 years and that too solved by airtel team in matter of hours. Workers were so cooperative .sometimes they used to visit for maintenance with no complaint.But only downside was its costly plans compare to its competitors .Customer care of airtel broadband remained helpful & responsive throughout the period.few months ago I have to shift my house to a place where airtel broadband connection was not available.
