After reading all the positives for the Airtel broadband, and being refered by a friend of mine, I decided to give it a shot as I knew that their connections distribution box was placed just 4 houses apart from mine. I contacted them for the same, they were quick enough to repond witihn an hour or so, kudos for the service. But it all went upside down after that, for days no salesman contacted me neither I cot a call from any CSE. After about 3 days I called them up again and they raised a complaint for the same but all in vain. When I insisted my call was transferred to a senior. First of all I woould like to add that this person first handedly denied to give the connection as the box near my house was already full, then when I said that why you guys commited then, he after putting my call on hold for a few minutes said that in a week a new box is going to be installed and you would get a connection from that box. I was convinced, also I got a call form a salesman! He assured em of a connection and took my documents for the same, and said he would provide me some landline nums to choose from. After this neither he came nor his call, I kept running after him on call and messages but he started ignoring my calls and messages, sometimes he used to pickup when I called from a different no. and when asked about connection he said plz wait for some more time I think the box is full. Ok=, wait, what? I asked him that I was told that a new box is going to be installed, his reply "customer care walo ka kya hai sir, wo toh bol dete hai, aise thodi na box lag jata hai". I was disgusted hearing this. He still kept saying plz wait some more days. After a week when I called hi again he said that I contacted the marketing regarding a new box and they have refused for the same so sorry no connection. like what, they take customers time for granted, seriously, I spent 2 weeks running behind these guys and they did not even care to give connection. Thats how they do business.
