I’ve been using the Airtel broadband since two years now. I was in initially going for the local broadband connections but since they were not available at my location I had no choice but to go with Airtel. I am currently using and 80 GB of plan at 8MBPS of speed which cost me around 2300 bucks per month. Unlike the local broadband service providers the speed does not fluctuate.
The service is very good the I have had a couple of complaints about two or three in the past two years and they were resolved very quickly either via telephone or or by sending a technical expert. The only downside is the price. Other local broadband service providers are providing the same service for nearly half the price but then the services and the customer service quality of those local service providers are not as good as Airtel.
