Hello all,
After my experiences with BSNL, Such as lack of support and connectivity I switched over to Airtel....
I
contacted them by calling up to their customer service no., and the
customer care executive explained everything very well, but I was
confused about the plans and wasn’t sure to which plan should i
go, , , the lady said that she would send one of the persons from their
side to my residence to help me choose the plans, , , , to my surprise the
airtel person came the same day just 3 hrs after I called up their
customer care!!!..he did helped me to get the best possible plan to
suit my needs, , , and even gave up an addidas bag as a complimentary
gift!....
- The connection : the connection took place just
the next day, the airtel people came and installed the connection in 2
hrs!!, and the DSL was connected at 256kbps! Wow I was really happy as
i had gone through bsnl’s painful processing, (to my surprise the BSNL
person actually asked me for bribe! and if I didn’t pay him he’ll
install it after 1 week or so!
And all the complaints to BSNL office were useless as well!!!!!, ,
...oh well enough of that !let me get back to my review)

Technical support: to describe in a word Awesome!!, i once called up at
2 AM in the morning and the help desk people were there to help me
out, , and were very friendly...
- Connectivity:i never remember
the time when I couldn’t connect to the Internet....but sometimes
during the night I was unable to connect and the help desk people were
there to Answer me that the System maintenance is taking place and
i’ll be able connect after 30 mins or so, and I was able connect exactly
after that, , they’re very punchual....
the connection speed is absolutely flawless!its very very fast...
4.Billing:The billing is very accurate, and only once I was charged for the same thing twice,
For that they actually credited my account with 200 rupees!!...
Bottom
line is that the airtel is the best Broadband provider
Available(According to me:) so if you’re looking for a New DSL
connection, please go for Airtel as they’re reasonable, helpful, and
friendly.....
