Few days ago I recieved a mail from **Jasmine** that for writing a review I can fetch **100 MS points**.I was like.wow(**SAIF ALI KHAN WALA WOW)**dats sounds good 4 sure.
I wasnt getting any topic to write but finally **airtel **people have given me this chance to earn those 100 points.

On 2nd of june 2008**, i arrived in **Gurgaon** n taken a PG here.I carried my PC along wid me coz dats one thing I cant live without.After few days I applied for a **broadband connection** from** airtel **and opted for the unlimited 799 plan.
Right after 7 or 8 days of** hard work.**.**requesting**.**pleading **those morons dat I need the connection immediately, finally I got wat I wanted.internet started working.yipee.
The speed wasnt too good neither too bad.so I was quite satisfied with the connection.One thing good bout the connection is its **RELIABILITY**.during these 4 months I have never faced any problem in connecting to the web world using this connection.
For 3 months I recieved the **bill** according to the same plan which usually comes out to be around **900INR** including taxes.
Then one day I realized that its of no use to pay that much amount as my maximum usage in a day was about 2-3 hours.So I decided n make up my mind to migrate to a **different plan**.
Right so on 28th August 2008 I talked to the **customer care** n asked them to switch my plan from unlimited to the **250 combo** plan.which offers **200MB downloading free**.I enquired day n night n finally came to know dat my plan has been changed from 4th of Sep 2008.I was happy n I kept using the internet for about 2 hrs on daily basis n during this period I havent **downloaded** a single thing.not even a **WALLPAPER**.To my surprise or rather I was **APPALLED** to recieve an sms today which states"**Your Airtel Bill A/c 13866654 has been generated on 24-sep-2008.Invoice Amt is Rs.1427, due date is 13-oct-2008.Bill will reach you within 7 days.**"
Now this is really **SHOCKING**.n I m really confused as to wat can I do in this regard.i talked to their **PATHETIC.**.yes dats wat I call them **PATHETIC** customer care department and as usual the reply was not convincing enough.
The conversation was something like
*ME**:Hello, well I have some serious doubts about the bill generated for my Broadband connection
*CC**:Sir, can I put you on hold for a minute.while I check your account?
*ME:**SURE.u can
*CC**:After 5-6 minutes, sir the bill of amount 1427 has been generated.for your account
*ME: **I know dat.i want the clarification bout the same.
*CC**:Sir the bill has been generated according to pro data basis.
*ME**:Look I have some serious doubts as I havent used the connection that much and I think a false bill has been generated.can I speak to some senior person over there?
*CC**:Sorry sir.no false bill is generated
*ME**:(gusse me) can I speak to some senior person?
Call Disconnected.
.
.
wow(**saif ali Khan wala nahi gusse wala WOW**)
I decided not to call back.
Now there are two possibilities.either a **false bill **has been generated(which I m 100% sure) or someone in my Place has connected my **LAN wire **to their desktop or laptop(which I really dont believe has happened).
I m really **CONFUSED** whether I should pay this amount or I shouldnt.
Neways one thing I m quite sure about is that I m not going to use anything from** AIRTEL** from now on. I have already requested them to **DISCONNECT** the connection.
