I would like to raise a complaint against Airtel for the gross ignorance of customer grievances and support in the Delhi-NCR. I have a DSL and landline connection in Ghaziabad region since many years. However, I am facing a frequent internet disconnection issue at all the times through the day. I have raised at least 15-20 complaints in the last 3 weeks but all of them are closed without any resolution.
I have spoken the customer care executives/ technical support people/TL’s in the airtel but none is professional/trained enough to solve customer issues effectively and despite of me complaining again and again, they have gone to the deaf ears.
This is very shameful service from a nationwide provider like Airtel and what all you are concerned about is the bill payment. Disgusting Airtel...congrats for providing this pathetic services!
