Very bad experience

I used to have the wired connection for almost six years, never on time they have fixed a downtime correctly. A very bad customer suport. Once the wire was cut I complained to almost all the higher officials till the territory manager to fix the issue, they responded after 15 days by the time I had cancelled the connection. The customer executive offered me discounts to continue the connection. I a person who purely depend on internet connection for all my official work, had look for an alternative internet connection after facing all these issues. Airtel never bothers about the trouble a customer faces due to their irresponsible staff. I never suggest any one for an Airtel internet.
