I got a call from Airtel regarding air broadband service and I said okay with the connection. I thought that because it is Airtel they offer 24/7 internet speed, but I am even getting 20mbps, which was my actual plan, but I am getting 5 to 8 Mbps which 50% less than actually plan. I hate that airtel.
there is no stable connection always getting a server error and they don’t even unlimited data packs, I thought I will get unlimited plans for a certain amount of other broadband services, but I got a limited plan with certain GB.
the cost of each plan very high and I got the connection not because of money because I want a stable internet connection. which I was disappointed with that.
I called them for the problem and they said that it’s your computer problem and there is no problem from our side.
I recommend you guys to get a broadband with the unlimited connection to enjoy your time.
