I am very disappointed with Airtel this time. their sales team would do anything to meet their sales target they can make any false promise. I have registered for a broadband connection more than 10 days before. their sales guy came immediately and took form and installation charges.
At the time we also asked if their would be any feasibility issue, but he said no problem all OK you will get connection in 2 days. but it is more than 10 days and no response. Now neither the sales person nor the installation guy are picking phone. I even registered a complaint on Lucknow office telephone but still no solution. Installation number: 53229582
