Fraud Commitment by Them Regarding Plan Upgrade

I have requested to upgrade my broadband plan. From 9GB(2Mbps) to 15GB(4 Mbps) on dated 9th August 10.00 P.M. They sent me text your plan has been upgrade. But when I checked same on https://speedtest.net/ I found my plan was not updated.


*Then I made a call dated 10/8/2013 at 10 A.M. they told me then, actually sir our technical team not works in night, so your plan didn’t change.


Today it will be changed and you will find 4 Mbps speed within 24 hrs. But I am just getting 2.14 Mbps upload speed and 0.47 download speed. And now when I asked about it they told me that sir we have upgraded your plan.*


Question is ...... If you have upgraded why I am not receiving 4 Mbps speed? He provided me a complaint number (36932264) and promised to resolve my concern on 11/08/2013.


So guys finally very worst service by Airtel. Don’t believe their commitment. They are fake. A normal person who is non-technical can’t check their speed commitment. So, the cheaters are trying to cheat all customers.
