Airtel has deteriorated in terms of service support.
The lowest levels that I have seen in the last 10 years as a customer.
Currently facing a issue for more than 23 days related to my broadband connection.
No reply to even mails to the nodal officer.
Pathetic to say the least.
Even the service engineers are so resigned and cynical.
Mr. Manu, their Bangalore north Team Leader and Mr. Naresh the service executive do not even have basic professionalism to interact with customers. Manu disconnects the call while talking, instead of finding ways to solve the problem.
Naresh gives excuses on how not to solve the problems.
Disgusting behavior.
