Today one airtel person called me and asked for 800 rs to pay and
started threatening me to pay that amount. What is this. Why are you
not canceling bills for which service is not used.
I was using internet in Sector-22, Noida, through
broadband. On 1st January 08,
I left this house and same day I called to call center and made a
request for blocking service at that address so another
person could not use that number and for transfer my connection to my
new address.
My connection is still not transferred and also nobody informed me in
this regard.
I dont know why I am getting bills from January onwards for
without any use of service. Is it airtel policy.
Several times when I called to airtel call center first they are
refusing for any request in january. After giving them reference
number they are saying you are right bill should be canceled but we
can not do any thing.
Once one call center person asked me to pay 89/ rs for canceling bills.
Now I am frustrated with airtel services.
Why are you guys making your customers suffering for your falts.
