I am writing this post on behalf of my friend whom Airtel Service Engineer abused. Name of the Airtel Service Engineer is Satish and Cell No. is 981857945. My friend is feeling so shame that he is unable to post this matter. And he told me to post this matter, but to keep his name hidden.
My friend wasted one day in nothing due to frustration and so he lost his one day earning which is more than 6000 rs. (which is a bill of 6 months what he pays to Airtel per month).
My friend complained this matter to Airtel Customer Care. The Customer Care Executive told him, " Ha Jee, Hum log Mr. Satish, Service Engineer to samjha denge". Complaint number is 32865838.
Now Internet is frequently disconnected.

P.S.Update: There was a call from Airtel to my friend. Airtel customer care executive told him that the service engineer has been given warning letter. Also now no more frequent internet disconnection. Now my friend is happy with the judgment of Airtel.
Further Update: My friend got a call from Mr. Samim Rajvi, North Head, Airtel who felt sorry for this. The more is that Mr. Dipesh Sharma, General Manager of Airtel visited to the house of my friend with flowers. Really Airtel Service is the great !!!!!!!
