Everything is good but the billing is too worst....till now I got 2 cases in my region regarding the billing system of airtel broadband. basically the problem is for limited plan users they r getting unexpected bundled usage bill. because I m one of the customer punished with unexpected bundled usage.
If u ask them regarding the bill they are not in a position to accept the fault and rectify it. wat I m asking is being a top most brand of india how can u do the mistakes very often and why u r not rectifying it. and I m making u clear that for unlimited users it is fine. the billing is bad not only in broadband in data card also.
