Hello My Dear Friends. I am going to say something about Airtel Brodband Service. I installed Airtel Brodband Service(8 Mbps speed) Last Month. Its service is good but they are doing cheat in bill also. My pack monthly charge is 899 and it has added 15% tax so total amount is 1000 something. But I seen my bill then I shocked. yes, My Bill Due amount is 2023 rupees. Then I call its customer care and the told me my bill amount description like this.:- my pack charge is 899, my taxes is 15% and my Installation charge is 1000rs when I alredy pay my intallation charge. I told him sir, I alredy pay my intallation charge your engneer who come my home to install brodband connection. but they told me we don’t know you have to pay the intallation charge otherwise we register a cour case to furgery and finaly I pay the intalation charge another. So I sugest you don’t pay any charge there executive who come to your home you will tell him to add all charges in your bill when you think and want to install a Airtel Brodband connection.There service and internet speed are very good also, something is rong in billing so you carefull to this.
