Worst ever customer support level in Airtel

I was having problem in airtel broadband for last 20 days but no serious concern to Airtel team: here is my mail to Airtel:


Mr Gurmeet,


After long 20 day problem, it seems from last two days my internet seems


working fine.


I want to thank only one person for that your engineer Tulsiram, who only tried


to solve the issue.


In one day only he really analyzed the problem and fixed it (problem was in


port/tag at exchange).


Before that all your team never try to find the problem.


*- Someone said Router is faulty without even visiting home.

  • Someone blamed WIFI router without any analysis.*

Now I want complete analysis of my calls to your customer care from 7th Oct -


27th Oct.


Analysis for:


-- Wrong SR (service request) update like faulty router/modem without visiting


my house.


-- How seriously your team taken the issue, they really done nothing for 20


days.


-- Is this the technical level of Airtel technical team (can not solve issue in


20 days).


-- Closing call without consulting me.


*-- And very serious - Your support team members not updated my comments in SR and told me that they have updated my comments.*


I want your team must analyze all calls and take action accordingly.


Also I got full bill for last month, I want action on my bills too.


I want you should analyze everything, you will realize what was my loss in last


20 days.


Also before saying this - "we will compensate your bill for these days". I also want say one thing "I am offering you Rs10k and you just disconnect your internet for 1 month".


Hope appropriate actions from Airtel.

I have gone through a metal torture for last 20 days.


And they replied with compensation of Rs390 for all my sufferings, what a joke.
