I am Parinita, I had a phone+broadband connection at my home and I called up airtel guys to cancel my broadband connection and I would still want my Broadband connection as I was going abroad and no one will be available for 4-6 months, they agreed on the phone and said the request is taken, now when I returned from U.K I see that I am being billed from the month of December for broadband till now they didn’t cancel my broadband connection.
When I talk to customer service people they agree that there is no usage from the month of December but there is no cancellation request and now they are forcing us to pay for the service we never used, and they are sending us notice now and some people from Delhi are calling us claiming they are lawyers , and airtel has filed a case against us . I don’t understand why they did that but I had no choice and just paid their bill’s , but I swear I am never going to use any airtels product ever . CHEATERS
