I have been a customer for more than a year without any complaints. I gave a request to shift my connection to a new address close to my existing one and airtecustomer care replies saying they cant provide any connection in the location as their capacity is exhausted. I have also applied for a new connection along with the request for shifting the old one. I wonder if airtel cant increase the capacity in a a place depending on customer demand rather than saying they cant help me till some lines are freed up.this sounds more like public sector companies to me.
If they cant provide connections, what is the point in spending so much on advertisements? btw, the sales executives take connection charges of Rs.500 without bothering to verify the feasibility and one will have to run behind them to get back the money!
