Today lets have a simple talk about the broadband services which provide unlimited ( Almost) and speedy internet for which we pay huge amounts.
We know that our mobile networks are designed to provide good speed( uploading and downloading) but due to network traffic we just get downloading speed at a very low amount.
But if we talk about broadband services they provide internet through wires and cables.
Yes it is a bit costly and complicated process to install a broadband at our house but
The speed we get pays for our hardwork and money.
But talking about specific broadband services and if I correctly say airtel broadband services I have my personal experience to share with you.
After trying many broadbands I tried airtel
I thought that it would be a fast installation
I called thw customer care number and left my request for a new broadband connection .
I recieved a call after 2-3 days and they told me to get in touch with local representative
I called him the next day and the installation was successful on the same day with a payment of 500( Installation Payment) I had already informed him that the previous guy living here already have a connection and he just needs to plug and play but he said that its a rule
That he told me that for new subscribers theres only one plan available and that was a 800Rs plan
And after 3 monte I was free to choose any plan.
It was strange that there was only one plan
avialable for a new customer.
Amd said if I dont want the plan I shoud contact with some another provider.
Now after the installation the biggest problem was tge speed.
I only got 100 kbps on my Pc
I tried contacting the provider but I place of solution they just had multiple excuses like
1) Low amount Of ram
2) Small processor
3) Full C drive
I tries upgrading my PC but still had no solution for this problem .
At last I had to consider BSNL and the irony of life was
I got the bad experience I was expecting from BSNL
From airtel ??????
