Customers of Airtel who are under volume based plans and who are having limited usage should be very careful and monitor their usage by downloading the necessary software from the net. You will be receiving frequent phonecalls from the customer service people to change your plan preferably to unlimted usage. If you do not heed their advice or come within their net then you will begin to receive huge downloads bill. This way they will force you to switch to their unlimited usage plan. This is the most unethical practice of Airtel which spoils their reputation eventhough their service is good.
