Its been 4 years since I started using airtel broadband connection. In very simple words, my experience with airtel wifi has been awful.
Why haven’t I hanged the service provider? Well, because the society in which I live has some sort of collaboration with airtel and they do not allow any other service provider.
The packs are very expensive. No pack is unlimited pack, its unlimited only for the namesake. I recently changed my pack from 15 GB unlimited pack to 30 GB unlimited pack. Which means I get 30 GB per month at speed of 2 Mbps instead of 15 GB. After you have crossed the limit the speed reduces to 500 kbps(1/4) but the data usage is unlimited(according to the pack). However, I always have to pay a lot for extra usage. I probably use data of upto 70 GB a month. The pack is of Rs. 899. However whenever the bill comes its more then INR 2000.
However, I would like to mention that their servicing is not bad.The only problem is its very expensive.
