After 12 days of posting complaint to change the connection into fiber one I noticed only part of my complaint was posted on their system. When ever I called local Airtel office they said will come today or tomorrow. Then it turned out to be 10 days lead time. Today morning they said 20 days lead time from the date of complaint is registered. I dont know is Airtel for real or a joke? 121@airtel.com is a biggest joker of all they keep sending you same mail again and again when you ask them for status.
