I am using airtel broadband with landline (0484 4041559 ) since 2007 and last month my modem stopped working and registered a complaint. It got resolved after 7 days and I have moved some of my fancy number from airtel to idea. 999555xxxN like numbers. After some days net brocked again. It got resolved only after 2 days. And next week the modem again stopped working and my complaint is registered 3 days gone no AIRTELLIANS came. I have ordered and paid for 6 month prepaid landline reliance broadband connection yesterday and they will be wiring up in 2-3 days.
I have no plans to pay airtel bills from now on as they made me complete loss last month. I am a freelancer and gets paid per hour for my jobs. Due to the worse airtel service my clients got unhappy and I lost some business days. 3 Years I never made a bill pending and airtel never picks my 121 support calls. I have to email them always. I have records of my complaints and mails if I want to move to court for this worse customer support.
These guys sent me 1000s of bill amount without any reason before. But those were rectified in the next bills. It repeated 4-5 times and every time I had to complain to fix the bill. I got a lot of calls yesterday because I didnt paid the bill for airtel. I told the reason and still my complaint is not rectified. I am happy that I did a right decision by choosing new reliance connection.
My next step is to close my Airtel DTH which is also a bull &%%#$% that works only if I call customer care after each recharge.
Then moving my own airtel SIM to bsnl or some other good provider asap.
