I booked for an airtel broadband connection one and half month ago. They said that their engineer will come and set up the connection in 1 or 2 working days but he came on the 4th day although that was not a big deal. My play was of 10GB at 8 mbps and after that unlimited usage at 512KBS per month. Also I got unlimited STD and local calls on Land-line. This was all for a starting pack of 3000
Their’s no problem of network in my area and the speed is also as mentioned in the plan is 8mbps that’s what I like the most because my previous ISP provider promised to give 4 mbps but it never went above 2.5-3mbps.
The customer care support is highly appreciated. I once called them to change the location of connection to upper floor they registered my request and when I asked for charges it was completely free. Very next day their engineer came and change the location of connection.
I liked their fast service which was missing in my previous ISP(Tikona).
Now I have upgraded my plan and get 35GB at 8 mbps for 1399. Only thing that I don’t like about Airtel is that it is very expensive as other ISP are providing 50 to 100 GB for 1000 only so they should also reduce their price. But for the quality and services they provide I am ready to pay higher bills.
