On 06/aug/2016 I took broadband connection in shollinganallur, chennai.i have given documents and 1000rs. On 25/08/2016 support team called and told that it is not possible to give connection in your area.They took 20 days to update that.i have called so many times to customer care, no response from them.i have mailed them as many times, no response.
Dont even think about taking the connection.For refund the process takes 30 days and you need to go to bank for collecting the amount, so think 1000 times, disaster service and experience
