I am staying in Ahmedabad city.Gujarat state..My experience with their services, in regard to Ahmedabad city is concern is very good. I am very much satisfied with the service.Experience may vary from city to city as it entirely depend on local management.
Here in Ahmedabad, whenever I have lodged any complaint, action taken was prompt and that too within couple of hours..So far billing problem is concerned, I have overheard about it and it may be true cause one of my relatives had a tiff.with the management and he got the compensation back..over all, so far Ahmedabad is concerned,
I, certainly would recommend airtel broadband connection(so as to promote their landline, they offer broadband with combo plan)
