Sir I have problem with Airtel broadband, they cheated me. Sir my plan was unilimited plan Rs. 6939 per year(578 per month). But I paid for year, my bill plan expired 5th August 2012. Till now they should not intimate me that your plan has been expired. Do you want to renew? After two months they do mentally harassment doing more than 6 calls in a day, that you have to pay two months bill. I am not satisfying with its service. I have plan 512 kbps till 5 GB data, after 5 GB speed will be 256 kbps. But whole year I must not get proper speed. Many time I complaint, unable to solved problem. I talked higher authorities, but they told me to buy extra bytes. They mailed me that your usage reach 80% of data store and 100%, but I have not used or used but not proper speed getting. Some time my new bill cycle came and still not getting proper speed.
Please do something.
Please give justice.
After one year airtel company threaten me via threes hazari court delhi, you have to come delhi for court hearing.
Please do not take airtel connections any brand or switch other operators for better services
