Worst customer service and waist of money

No proper customer support for disconnection. During change of home I have requested for disconnection. Airtel service provider came home and collected there wifi router provided during connection. I was informed for no bill amount during disconnection from home . But bill got generated for next two month even after not using service. they have placed disconnection request in there data base only after multiple follow up.
