I want to share my experience of using airtel broadband at my home. I am using it from last 1 year. I have 2 gb download free and 180 calls free plan of rs. 900. I first would like to say about the landline phone I am using of airtle. It is really good. The voice quality is good, and no flickers in between, never.
Airtel broadband is the best. Speed is excellent, if you need to download so many software and tools so frequently, use this service.
Also I can say that I am using airtel broadband from last one year, but I have never face the problem of server down and disconnection in between or slow speed.!!!! I think this is the best part of airtel service.
Also whenever I asked to the call center number of airtel for help they give me excellent solution for my system, they speak properly and if the person whom I ask the question, dont have answer he just transfer my phone to the other one, from whom I get the answer and I have got the solution too..!
The worst thing is that..it is available to only selected good areas of a big city.so if you will change the area you will have to conclude the service.
