The most pathetic service I feel. Being a privte company, they are worst than the govt employees. I wanted a connection somewhere in bangalore, and its already more than 2 weeks that these guys have even responded me back. I’ve called them at least more than 25 times during this duration, n finaly when I got thru them. bloody they say that the’pole in my street is overloaded’. funnny.. then there is another pole next to that. from which the cable can be pulled. but NO. this guy needs some pocket tip to pull that connection. bull !
