The Airtel Broadband service is really good, infact flawless. The speed is awesome and technical issues are sorted out real quick.
but very bad attitude towards customer. I have been with their for services for nearly 3 years now. I was given a broadband package for 615/-+ taxes for 40gb data and for past few months they included something called additional 20gb as customer loyalty which is BULL S*T. Other ISP’s are providing nearly 80gb at the same price and these people are actually providing half of what other services are providing.
I spoke to their executive and concluded that over all on monthly basis I am consuming 80gb which is 20GB more than the package. I have requested them to move to be a better package so that I can pay little higher for that additional 20gb and they suggested me with airtel smartbytes which is another bull s*t package. This airtel smartbytes burns money like anything.
I know that their services cant be compared with other providers but the company should have some ethics to retain a customer.
By the way I have been interacting with them since 10 days without any solution to the problem. All they would say is there is no other package between 615/- 60GB package and 999/- 125GB package. Thats a double difference. If you really want to play fair you can increase the GB like your competitors, But these people know that the customer will stick to their ISP as they do not have other option.
Airtel, there is no problem in you minting money, cause you are no different than our politicians. Squeezing as much money as you can, but be little fair towards customers hard earned money.
Really had lot of respect and loyalty towards your services earlier but effective today you are also included my cheaters list. Greedy Greedy Greedy worst Airtel people.
