I am a broadband customer of Airtel. They were nice to me till I was on a high-end plan(Rs. 1000+). The moment I down grade to an average plan(Rs. 500+), they started behaving weirdly.
Further they dont hesitate to harass you if your payment fails. I set my automatic payment through my bank, and for some reason, a payment was failed. I was out of Bangalore. They started sending collection agents(goon I guess) who start harassing me every morning till the ECS was done. When I complained, they are now asking me to go ahead and cancel my connection.
I had a very bad experience for their pathetic service. I would never suggest anyone to take their service.
