Worst experience with Airtel Broadband connection.

Hi All,


I would like to recommend everyone to avoid Airtel as much as, they are the biggest cheaters in India, they enjoy with the customers money, they are least bothered to respond to customer concerns, I am not sure how they are surviving in this industry.


I have bought Airtel Broadband connection for Landline phone purpose, Executive came on 2nd July, 15 within 10mins; he promised me that connection will up by 3rd July at any cost; I have clearly informed that I will make the bill payment by Credit Card, however he asked me to give a Checque, he told em that he will not deposit, I called multiple times on 3rd July, he did not pickup, all of sudden at 2:00 PM, I got a call from Airtel Backend team stating that file has been rejected based on the checque date, I have requested them to stop the process immeditely not to proceed, they said fine, around 4:00 PM I got a message saying that account has been created(it is against my wish to continue with airtel).


Immeditely installation team had called me, I asked them I am not interested with Airtel anymore because of the trouble what they showed in 1 day time, I asked them to return my check and documents, they did not respond, they were calling me multiple times, after multiple follow ups, Sales person from Nizampet came to my place and he told me that he will not present a checque, he asked me to write cancel on the checque, I allowed them to install the internet, again a surprise at the time of installation, service engineer did not bring the phone instrument, he told me that with in 1-2 days time, phone will come, when I called after 2 days, he told me that I have to call the customer care and inform, when I requested for a land line at the time of taking a connection why should I inform the customer care, I did not understand, only airtel guys should know, later when I called them tehy told me that phones stock is not available, they asked me to purchase on my own, they wll reimurbse of 500 rs for instrument.


all of sudden one fine day I got a message from my banker that money has been deducted from my saving account of 7010, immeditely I called up sales executive, he told me that he is out station, he asked me to call airtel customer care, when I called they informed me that money has not updated their account, hence they asked me to call after 2 days, again called them, I have asked them to refund my money, they told me 21 days of TAT for getting my money back, I have escalated in airtel, finally I understood that its waste my time, Airtel guys says there is no mistake from their end, mistake is bank, how come they processed a cancelled checque, I contacted bank, they says that airtel has submitted this checque at hub, axis people will not have any clue on this checque, my money stuk with airtel, wheneve I ask for money, money is in my account, they have been keeping my money since 16th July, 15; after multiple followups from my end finally agreed to process my money, as per their TAT I will recieve my money on 25th of Sep, 15;


Interesting part here, a company cant spell about TAT, they tell to customers about the process, policy and TAT, they never follow, their vision is cheat customers, I have been posting in Airtel facebook, they did not bother to look into my issue also.


I dont what to call these people.
