I took a connection initially as 799 plan, there I had to pay for minimum 3 months to get rid of the installation charges. After 1 month, I have upgraded to 999 plan to get more speed. There I had to pay Minimum for 6 months in advance to get an upgrade. Unfortunately my house owner decided to return to his home and I had to shift to another society in the same PIN CODE circle. When I requested for shifting the only option was to mention the pin code, and my request has been registered. 2 days after my house shifting, an airtel executive called me and told there is no service available in my new society. I asked about the money that I already paid. He told within 45 days the money gonna be refunded. But nothing happened yet. I am not able to contact the customer care because my account has deactivated from their side. Then I went to an airtel store and asked about the same, they replied that I will get a cheque after 90 days. I asked them at which address they gonna send it. They dont have a reply. This company is totally a fraud one that I felt. Please dont waste your time and money.
