Well I took an airtel connection in mumbai for residential purpose. I have used many broadband like youbroadband, bsnl etc. but in all connection there a downtime for a good amount amount of time. But in airtel I have experienced it for very less time which is a very big benefit because even if there is slow speed but still the internet is working which is more important during an important working hour or any other important work. It is not as cheap as competitive brands but service is really good.
