Today, I am going to share my ownership experience with Airtel Broadband it is less of a review and more like an ownership review because everybody have different experiences with the company so, I have been using Airtel broadband from 2009 till date.I think I will clear all your doubts.RELIABILITY - We customers while making a purchase have always been realiable upon some of the trusted brands just like Airtel as I was also trusting Airtel as a good brand.While my usage I came to know that, in my initial years of usage. It met upto my expectations reliability was good and connection was always working.But the dark truth is when I shifted to my new house I was constantly having an issue of Frequent disconnection which I thought company would easily fix but now its been almost two years company could not solve that issue even once. I tried all the possible solutions changed my router, technician told that they have changed whole wiring still problem exists. Even with the oldest of customers they could not fix the problem.INTERNET SPEED - The company claims download speed of upto 8 mbps which I am getting upto 7.5 mbps but that is ok.Also, the fact I came to know that it doesn’t have any control over upload speeds as much as I know. But it is fine overall.CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Talking about the customer support Airtel provides its user good customer support but the problem is that they can’t even fix a simple issue.CONCLUSION - I would not recommend anybody to switch to airtel broadband as far as reliability goes and also the customer support even being good could not solve the problems of the customers and also one of the major issue was they don’t have control over Upload speeds. Atleast in my case.
