I have used Airtel broadband for years. Quality of voice has been poor but used for high speed internet. Recently I am shifting to another city and not interested in the service. I requested for disconnection last month. They have still not disconnected and raising bill. They are harassing me day and night on phone through third-party gang of call center’s and made my life health. They threatenedme I will continue to get bills for whole life if I do not find another buyer if the service. They ask private questions and even have phone nos if my family members and children and have started haunting them. They are cheats, gangs and a mafia in India. They never confirm disconnection through mail citing technical problem for delay in sisconnevtion. They are bunch of liers and a blot on India. It is a broadband with no exit. Once you are in you have to pay up for life. Stay away from these goondas.
